I grew up in North Dakota, earning my Bachelor’s degree in Youth and Family Ministry from Trinity Lutheran College. At Plymouth, I live out my call to nurture faith in children, youth, families and teachers while passing on God’s grace through Jesus in prayer, the Bible and community.

Church Librarian

I am a fourth-generation Seattleite who likes nothing more than curling up with a good book and a cup of tea on our frequent rainy days. My calling has been connecting people with books. After receiving my Masters of Library Science from the University of Washington, I have worked as a school librarian, a public librarian, and now a church librarian.

Lay High School Youth Minister

I grew up on the beach & in the waters of Southern California, moving with family to the Pacific Northwest in 1971. This is home.

I am called to help God make meaning in teens’ lives. How? We create emotionally safe places to sift through ancient Christian stories & rituals alongside current music & movies.

I have been a nurse for over 25 years. Believing that God wants us to care for our whole selves and for others, my work is to help Plymouth members live out that call. Specifically, I focus on ways to integrate health and healing into our church community across all ages.

Parish Visitor

Born and raised in Seattle, I have been a member of Plymouth Church since 1988…or, was it ‘87? My function at Plymouth Faith Community is to serve as a link between the Plymouth Faith Community and members unable to fully participate in our community life so they know that God loves them and are valued by our church body.

Organist/Music Director

Born in Tacoma, Washington, and a sixth generation Washingtonian, I entered the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, New York after graduating from High School. I went to Indiana University for graduate school, followed by teaching organ at St. Olaf College and Northwestern University. Since 2004, I have ministered to Plymouth utilizing the many gifts of members of the Plymouth community. It is a joy to transform a congregation through music!
