SPRING MISSION TRIP DINNER – Thursday January 21st, 6-8:30pm:
RSVP to cmaclay@plymouthchurchseattle.org to let me know whether you + parent[s] will be there or not. I may get fancy and send out an Evite, but let’s start w/email. This will be our ONLY pre-trip dinner meeting. That evening we’ll start our journey to Heifer through a short DVD + some experiential learning. It will be tasty, interesting + fun.

Look for a letter in your mail box soon bearing a permission slip. Bring that form in along with your name as it appears on the legal identification you will use when we fly. [i.e. WA state driver’s license or US passport.]

GAME NIGHT + SILENT AUCTION- Saturday January 30th, 5-8pm in Hildebrand Hall.
It’s time to host our big party of the year, both for fun and for FUNdraising. The ideas have started flowing and will continue over the next few weeks.

Start dreaming + visioning what Hildebrand Hall can look like with a disco ball + bright colored tablecloths + candles + food. After dinner while we clear the tables, our guests will bid in the Silent Auction for items, experiences and services.
Your jobs as the hosts are…

 Asking businesses and friends to donate an item, experience or service for the auction.
 Deciding which game you would like to host.
 Getting ready to serve food, clean up, and wash dishes. We’ll take turns in each areas.
